Tomoya Okada
Founder & Managing Director
Tomoya Okada is a founder and managing director of Manas Corporate partners. He has more than 15 years of M&A advisory experience in various sectors.
From September 2009 to March 2013, Tomoya Okada was stationed in Mumbai to establish India practice of GCA (one of the largest M&A advisory firm in the globe).
Prior to establishment of Manas Corporate Partners, Tomoya Okada was an Executive Director of GCA Tokyo office where he focused on origination and execution of Japan-India M&A transactions, and advised more than 15 successful transactions.
Prior joining GCA in 2007, Tomoya Okada worked for Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities.
